PAUL STRINGFIELD
DIR. OF VETERINARY MEDICAL ASSISTING & CO-FOUNDER
Paul Stringfield (he/him) is a veterinary nurse and RVT candidate with four years of clinical veterinary experience and 6+ years of experience in animal welfare. He is a board member of Chapter VIII: Veterinary Inclusion and Intersectionality Initiative, a non-profit organization focused on enhancing access to care and education at the intersection of marginalized pet parents and veterinary professionals. Paul is dedicated to helping animals and making care accessible to all people.

Kiyomi Beach (she/her) is a co-founder of Vetbulance Community Care and Founder and CEO of Insights4Equity LLC. She is an Inclusive Executive Leader with an outstanding record of innovation and achievement, creating transformative social impact and championing equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging. She actively drives organizational change and improvement with more than ten years of experience in nonprofit, impact investing, and for-profit sectors, including six years in the access to veterinary care field.
DR. SERENA NAYEE
CEO & FOUNDER
Dr. Serena Nayee (she/her) is an inclusive veterinary entrepreneur, consultant, and leader with 3+ years of experience in small animal wellness, illness, and urgent care and 5+ years of experience in leadership roles. Dr. Nayee is the founder of Chapter VIII: Veterinary Inclusion and Intersectionality Initiative. Dr. Nayee is the CEO of Inclusivet Co and Vetbulance Community Care. Her work centers on creating more inclusive environments celebrating intersectionality for veterinary professionals and pet parents. Dr. Nayee graduated from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in 2020. Dr. Nayee has previous experience as a medical director in the for-profit small animal veterinary urgent care sector, which inspired her to pursue the development of accessible urgent care after reflecting on the need for access to urgent clinical care and education among marginalized groups. Dr. Nayee hopes to make veterinary medicine more representative and accessible via incremental care and inclusive education.
